Staff Qualifications - RTC’s professional staff has years of education and experience in designing masonry, steel and concrete low and high-rise structures for commercial, institutional and industrial clients. Supported by the latest computer technology and software applications, our engineers analyze a structure at the early states of design development. This capability enables us to assess the economy of the structure as well as its soundness. This analysis contributes to time efficiencies.
Practical Knowledge - We are able to recommend needed design economies that save the client time and money. Working through the development of an architectural plan demands constant communication to ensure that structural design solutions are in harmony with the architectural vision.
Experience - Our design projects include the $90 million Cleveland Public Library Louis Stokes Building project, the Ohio Educational Credit Union, the Third District Police Station, the Inner City Nursing Home, the Warrensville Heights City Schools Renovations and Additions project and the CUY-90-2.01/Various Bridges over I-90 in Ohio. In addition to new building and major renovation structural design, our staff members have participated in existing conditions surveys, feasibility and reuse studies, and facility assessments. Structural capacities, needs, and modifications are addressed in technical memoranda and our staff makes recommendations for facilities planning and management.
