RTC has a wealth of project management experience on multi-million dollar capital improvement projects.  These include the $1.4 billion Cleveland Hopkins Airport Master Plan Implementation, the New Phillies Ballpark and Eagles’ Stadium, the $400 million New Philadelphia Airport International Terminal, the $130 million Crown Water Treatment Plant Renovation for the City of Cleveland, and the Alcosan Wastewater Treatment Expansion Program for the Allegheny County Sanitary Authority in Pittsburgh. RTC is currently providing Owner’s Representative services to the Cleveland Municipal School District on the district-wide, $1 billion, Facility Improvement Project, including the Ohio School Facility Commission’s Accelerated Urban School Building Program.
