Our services include performing energy audits, feasibility studies and design of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems, building automation systems and intelligent buildings.  Our projects include multistory office buildings, hospital facilities and production plants. Our experience includes the $250 million New Cleveland Browns NFL Football Stadium project, the $48 million Cleveland Division of Water – Garrett A. Morgan Finished Water Pump Station project and the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority transit stations at various locations. Our staff members’ experience includes special-use designs required for cooling and emergency cooling of computer rooms at data processing centers; design of complex multi-zone systems following the Ohio School Facilities Design Manual guidelines for schools throughout Ohio and design of heat recovery systems with maintenance of operations for newspaper printing facilities.
