The architectural design staff at RTC is highly experienced in all types of commercial, civic, institutional, ecclesiastical and residential facility construction and renovation. The mission of our architectural staff is to provide our clients with attentive service and quality design that satisfies their programs and results in a built environment, which realizes every client’s goals.
Our staff provides complete architectural services ranging from pre-design through post-construction services. Staff members have assisted clients in developing detailed programs, needs assessments, feasibility studies and master plans for a wide spectrum of projects. We are committed to working closely with our clients to solve the functional needs of their operations and staff. Our services extend to full-time, on-site client representation during construction.
Staff professionals have made significant contributions to all the major recent projects that are changing the skyline of Cleveland. These include the $30 million Comprehensive Modernization of Carver Park Estates, the $60 million Cuyahoga County Youth Intervention Center, the $150 million Carl B. Stokes United States Court House, and the $90 million Cleveland Public Library renovation and addition, the $125 million Division of Water Plant Facilities Assessment and Enhancement Program and the $12 million Warrensville Heights City Schools Renovations and Additions.
RTC utilizes state-of-the-art networked computer systems for design and drawing production.
