Scope of work for the Reconstruction/Rehabilitation of Runway 5L-23R included design of new storm drainage, modifications to the existing storm drainage as needed to accommodate three new taxiways and the extension of an existing taxiway, design of demolition of an abandoned storm drainage system and the design of off-pavement grading associated with the runway improvements.

RTC provided the following services: Civil engineering design; Construction contract documents for storm drainage and grading; Construction administration; and Field Inspection assistance.
