Through the Plant Enhancement Program (PEP) the City of Cleveland Division of Water (CWD) hired a team of engineers to perform Plant Computer Control System (PCCS); Programmable Logic Controller (PMC); Human Machine Interface (HMI); and ancillary, peripheral and accessory programming services to provide a turnkey PCCS software package. 

RTC provided PLC programming using Allen Bradley Control Logix Software and HMI programming using Intellution HMI Development software for the Baldwin, Nottingham and Morgan Water Treatment Facility enhancement.
