New $23-million, 21,680 square foot, state-of-the-art Design-Build pelletization plant being built at Jog Road and 45th Street adjacent to the Solid Waste Authority Resource Recovery Complex. The plant will be up and running by late 2006.

Services Provided

RCT provided complete architectural design services including Pre-Design and Architectural Design and Document Production in close coordination with Design-Build team members to integrate Process and Engineering requirements while maintaining budgetary and design constraints throughout the project. RCT also provided all necessary Building and Regulatory Code investigations and reviews.
