The Port Authority of Allegheny County implemented the Stage II Program providing reconstruction improvements to three major lines of the Light Rail system as well as three new Park-and-Ride lots.  Procurement of Light Rail Vehicles was also included.

Serv ices Provided

RTC’s responsibility included cost estimating services for the entire $14.5 million project.  Additionally, we were responsible for Structural Engineering design, CADD document production and Project Administration support.
