The Harvard Yard Facilities serve as a home base for the distribution maintenance group of the Cleveland Water Department.  The Facilities were redeveloped in four phases. 

Services Provided

RTC provided Mechanical and Electrical design including: HVAC for Phases III & IV; as well as Lubircant Systems; Hose Reels; Central Compressed Air System; Fueling Station design details; Truck Wash design details; and Storage Bunker details.
