RTC provided full architectural and engineering design services to the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority for the comprehensive modernization of 32-acre low-income housing project Carver Park Estates. 

Services Provided

RTC scope included demolition of 43 existing buildings (601 units), and the design and construction of 279 new, 1-5 bedroom townhouse units, including 14 units specially designed for handicapped use.
