The Cleveland Municipal School District is undergoing a District-wide, $1 billion, Facility Improvement Project funded in part by the Ohio School Facility Commission’s Accelerated urban School Building Program.  The program began a four year Safe, Warm and Dry Program with the goal of bringing all school facilities up to secure, comfortable standards.

Ralph Tyler Companies provided schedule reviews, design plan reviews, cost monitoring/cash flow management, budget review, quality management reviews, change order reviews, constructability reviews, DBE monitoring, community outreach, and coordination with City agencies.
