New Louis Stokes Wing and Main Building Renovation

Design and construction of the approximately 300,000 s.f. new underground and ten-story above ground Louis Stokes wing and the restoration and renovation of the existing historic Main Library Building for the Cleveland Public Library. 

RTC's design team prepared the architectural construction contract documents for the new addition and was responsible for all surveying and site civil engineering design, as well as structural engineering design and production of relevant construction contract documents.  Additionally, RTC provided a full time, on-site Owner's Representative during construction of the new building and renovation/restoration of the Main Library Building.
