Project consisted of renovation / remodeling of 87,500 square feet of an existing six story building in University Circle to house the Cuyahoga County Coroner's Office, University Hospital Patient Records Center and the Ireland Cancer Research Center.

Services Provided

RTC responsibilities for the electrical design for the building included general office; secure records, photographic, laboratories, extraction, and examination rooms.  Special electrical designs and grounding systems were developed for DNA testing equipment.  Design of an emergency power generation system (2,500kV diesel generator fully capable of supplying the building electrical load for 48 hours) was included.
