Project consisted of renovations to three existing building in Tri-C’s Metro Campus.

Services Provided

Science and Technology Building - RTC provided electrical mechanical design and CA for the partial 3rd floor of the School of Nursing including  new fire alarm system, power and lighting, ductwork, controls;  distribution ductwork, direct digital controllers all interfacing with the existing building automation system

Humanities Building - MEP design and CA including electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems for the remodeled, three-story existing building and the new addition.
