The City of Oberlin contracted for a professional engineering and planning services for an infrastructure planning study for the US 20/SR 58 corridor to evaluate existing utilities and streets/roads.  Existing capacities were compared to current and future demand projections based on the City’s Comprehensive Land Use Plan and recommendations were developed.

Ralph Tyler Companies lead the effort to determine necessary improvements to the electrical power distribution grid to support the anticipated study area development.  RTC provided Review of Electric System including System Load and Evaluation of Expansion Plan to meet Expected Load Growth.  Additionally RTC provided appropriate recommendations as required by the proposed infrastructure plan.
