RTC is the Prime Consultant and responsible for the design of a new 64,000sf, K-8 School Facility on the existing site with new site development, including existing structure demolition. With a projected enrollment of 450 students this school is located on the grounds of the demolished original Central High School.  This facility will be designed per Ohio School Facilities Design Manual.

There will be a series of design challenges associated with this program on this site. The site is bordered on the West by a residential street with many abandoned lots. On the East border, East 55th Street is one of the busiest thoroughfares on the East side.
