As a result of the Facilities Plan at the City's Water Treatment Plants, the Assessment / Recommendations were developed to address the prioritized facility needs.  RTC was involved in architectural and engineering design work along with construction inspection for the Garrett A. Morgan Water Treatment Plant.

Services Provided

RTC responsibilitis included design services for: HVAC for diverse areas in the new Finished Water Pump Station including the Electrical Switchgear Room, Pump Room, Control Room, Locker Room, and Mechanical Equipment Rooms.  Plumbing included: Cold / Hot Water Distribution, Gas Piping, Sanitary, Storm Drainage, Sump Pumps, etc.  Fire Protection included limited sprinkler systems.
