The City of Cleveland Water Department conducted an eighteen month facilities assessment / planning project in order to determine in detail the current conditions at four Water Treatment Facilities and recommend future improvements as needed.

Services Provided

RTC was responsible for regulations and codes, architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical assessment/recommendations for Baldwin (including Kirtland and Fairmount Pump Stations), Garrett A. Morgan and Nottingham Plants and for the Sludge Building at the major west side water treatment plant, the Crown Water Treatment Facility.
