The Crown Treatment Plant is one of Cleveland’s largest water treatment plants servicing Northeastern Ohio. The plant was operating above its design capacity and the major $135 million renovation/expansion program will increase the plant capacity by 100%, to approximately 125 million gallons per day.
Services Provided
RTC played a major role in managing changes to the scope of the program. In addition to performing general administrative support, RTC was also responsible for Field Engineering services during construction and the MBE/FBE monitoring services required by the City of Cleveland.
