The Cleveland Public Power $250 million project was one of the largest municipal electrical transmission and distribution projects in the country.  The project included approximately 400 miles of distribution lines, 14 miles of transmission line and three 138kV/12.8kV substations.

RTC performed remediation of design and construction deficiencies on Phase I and engineering and construction services for Phase II of the 4-year program.Remediation design and inspection of completed corrective work; Litigation support as technical expert witnesses and advisors
