Cleveland is implementing a city wide GIS including Public Utilities; City Planning; Community Development; Economic Development; Finance; Law; Parks, Recreation, and Properties; Port; Public Safety; Public Service; and Public Health. 

Services Provided

RTC performed data conversion and developed standards in pilot areas.  Data conversion steps included review of utility precision issues; evaluation of source documents; review of overall specifications/procedures; implementation of data conversion procedures/processes; and delivery/installation of pilot data at client site. Additionally, RTC performed "internet" mapping using ArcIMS.
