Cleveland is implementing a City wide Geographic Information System encompassing Public Utilities (Cleveland Public Power, Cleveland Division of Water, Department of Water Pollution Control); City Planning; Community Development; Economic Development; Finance; Law; Parks, Recreation, and Properties; Port Control (Cleveland Hopkins International and Burke Lakefront Airports); Public Safety (Fire Department, Police Department, EMS); Public Service; and Public Health.
Services Provided
RTC supported the City of Cleveland GIS initiative by analysis and documentation of department workflows utilizing IDEF0 procedures; determining hardware/software configurations of the Enterprise GIS System/supporting specifications; developing an Address Standard and a common base map; providing input in the development of a Data Model for the Cleveland Water Department housed in an ESRI Geodatabase; and providing assistance in project management, reporting, and coordination
