CHIA Parking Facilities Expansion

The CHIA Parking Facilities Expansion Team made improvements to existing parking facilities and construction a new, $48 million, five-story, 3,800-vehicle parking structure with three elevator cores and a pedestrian bridge with moving walkway from the garage to the airport terminal.

RTC provided: design review of conceptual phase; status reports; presentations to municipal/civic committees; work progress review; bid alternatives; costs/schedule update; bid document/proposal review; written recommendations of bid; construction meeting attendance; revenue control equipment conformance; construction inspection; punch list development; and project coordination management.
