800 MHz Communications System

Project involved the design, procurement and installation of a $40 million “state-of-the-art” citywide multi-agency 800 MHz Radio Communications.  The project included the development of nine transmitting and receiving sites throughout Greater Cleveland in order to provide for radio coverage design goals. 

Services Provided

RTC provided construction Field Engineering and Inspection services during the civil/site project development. Services included: Site inspections, daily inspection reports, field reports, Change order cost estimate verification, and engineering consultation. RTC also served as the owner’s representative on the project to insure compliance by the system’s contractor with the intent of the project designers.
